About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Administer evaluative tests to diagnose and treat a range of physical conditions.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Design and implement physiotherapy programs to promote patient recovery and independence.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Education and Training
    • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention.
    • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a physiotherapy setting.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
