About the Role:

triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is seeking a skilled Massage Therapy Instructor to join our team. As a Massage Therapy Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in a safe and civil learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality delivery of assigned Massage Therapy courses utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques, and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students.
  • Support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication, and readiness, embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.
  • Advise students on treatment and safety pre-treatment to ensure safe treatment of all clients.
  • Provide consultation to students while they are performing massages as required and/or upon request.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Registered Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
  • Minimum of 2 years practical experience.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent English communication skills, organizational skills, and a professional attitude are required.
