As Director, Software Engineering, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of experienced software engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the site by setting clear goals, objectives, and strategies to ensure alignment with the company's vision and R&D roadmap.
- Develop and implement effective communication and influencing skills to connect with other R&D sites and teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure the spreading of knowledge and building bench strength for key positions, while leading the team to deliver products with quality, on time, and efficiently.
- Manage departmental strategy and people management, leading a team of experienced people managers to deliver business results.
- React to customer complaints and defects in a timely manner to increase customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant experience in software engineering, healthcare IT, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and ability to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
- Full stack development expertise, Java, Cloud & Cloud Native development, and healthcare industry experience.
