Dairy Frozen Associate

As a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position requires a strong commitment to food safety and handling procedures, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Zones the department to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain a high level of product freshness.
• Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain customer trust.
• Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment.
• Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to maintain accurate inventory and pricing.
• Maintains features and keeps the area neat, clean, and organized to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
