Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, receiving and processing incoming shipments, picking and packing outgoing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, Unload, and Process Incoming Shipments: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Pick, Pack, and Prepare Outgoing Orders: Select and pack products according to customer specifications, verify order accuracy, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain Inventory Levels: Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of stock levels, identify and address any discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to optimize warehouse layout, improve efficiency, and enhance overall operations.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
- Skillset: Proficiency in using inventory management systems, basic computer skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent time management abilities, physical stamina, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Forklift Certification: Preferred but not required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location factors.
