Key Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Senior Subcontracts Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and conducting RFPs/ITBs, including vendor pre-qualifications in Oracle
  • Managing tender correspondence, negotiating terms and conditions, shortlisting, bid tabulations, and drafting recommendations for award
  • Overseeing all pre-award activities through the Subcontract Award process
  • Identifying opportunities for cost avoidance, cost savings, and risk management during Subcontract formation

You will work closely with the Project Subcontract Coordinators to ensure proper administration and maintain direct liaison with them to guarantee efficient subcontract management.
