We are seeking an exceptional Tech Support Specialist to join our team, providing top-notch technical assistance to clients. Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Managing client requests for maintenance and repairs efficiently.
• Generating work orders for maintenance and repairs, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
• Determining warranty eligibility and informing clients accordingly.
• Consistently keeping clients informed about necessary work and cost estimates.
• Offering preventative maintenance recommendations during repairs.
• Participating in planning the service department's workload.
• Establishing invoicing for completed work orders.
• Selling and promoting our mechanics services to clients.
• Maintaining adherence to health and safety standards within the workplace.

Requirements

• Vocational diploma in mechanics or parts.
• Experience as a technical advisor in retail trade.
• Passion for agriculture, business, or industrial fields.
• Functional English for serving English-speaking clientele (an asset).
• Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, understanding of client needs, organizational abilities, and customer service/sales passion.
