Construction Artist

FRIENDSZONE PAINTING & RENOVATIONS PVT LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Artist to join our team. This role involves preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces, as well as repairing cracks and holes.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Construction Artist, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding them
• Mixing paint to the desired colour and texture
• Measuring, cutting, and applying wallpaper and other materials to walls
• Advising customers on colours and wall coverings
• Erecting scaffolding and swing stages, and attaching rigging
• Applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
• Estimating costs and materials needed for projects

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience in construction or a related field (an asset)
• A valid driver's licence
• Ability to distinguish between colours
• Attention to detail
• Bending, crouching, and kneeling abilities
