Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

The Plant Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of incoming materials, suppliers' performance, production processes, and statistical control. This role is critical in ensuring the quality of Finished Goods and driving continuous improvement within the Production team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all qualitative aspects of the workplace, process, machinery, and organization.
  • Manage Plant quality team activities and indirect costs concerning relevant budget and efficiency targets.
  • Interact with suppliers to provide feedback about qualitative performances and monitor improvement activities.
  • Supervise inspection of incoming materials.
  • Perform analysis of production scraps and reworks.
  • Make or oversee statistical control of Finished goods.
  • Coordinate Quality Plant meetings, sharing running projects, results, and targets.
  • Leading WCM Quality Control pillar root map evolution.
  • Carrying out WCM-related projects.
  • Being the leader of WCM-related knowledge and activities expansion at all levels of the plant.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Technical drawing.
  • Problem-solving methodology.
  • Statistical process control.
  • MSA.
  • PPAP.
  • Mastery of the production process.
  • Quality WCM Knowledge.
  • People Management Skills.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of the product.
  • Knowledge of ISO standard rules.
