Masonry Specialist

JBM Granite and Quartz Inc. is seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing veneer facings, constructing masonry units, and ensuring the highest quality finishes.

• Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units to meet project specifications
• Estimate materials, tools, and equipment required for projects, taking into account labor costs and timelines
• Lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide high-quality veneer facings
• Construct and install prefabricated masonry units, ensuring precision and attention to detail

This role requires working at heights on scaffolding or swing stages, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. You must also be able to bend, crouch, and kneel frequently throughout the day.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1-6 months of experience in the trade
• Possess excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include transportation provided by the employer, a 40-hour workweek, and English as the primary language spoken in the workplace.
