Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Food Service Team Member to join our team at Quizno's.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with menu standards and recipes
- Restock refrigerators, salad bars, and other areas as needed
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations regularly
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling waste
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Will train
- Degree or equivalent required not mentioned
- Prior experience in the food service industry an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude essential
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $15-$20 per hour, based on industry standards and location. This translates to approximately $31,200-$41,600 per year, assuming a 30-40 hour workweek.
