Bilingual Project Manager for Workplace Infrastructure and Patient Monitoring

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Project Manager to join our team at Dräger. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the installations of Workplace Infrastructure (WPI) and Monitoring projects within Canada.
Main Responsibilities- Project Management for WPI Projects: Define project organization, create and present project implementation plans, and coordinate and monitor progress to plan.
- Technical Consulting: Act as a technical consultant in field implementations and service escalations for WPI products, and find solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
- Site Visits and Technical Guidance: Attend pre-installation site visits, provide on-going technical guidance, and develop project implementation checklists to ensure all tasks are completed prior to leaving site.
- Customer Communication: Review datasheets and CAD drawings with customers, create 3D files, and review and present Datasheets, 3D drawings, and room layouts with customers.
- Collaboration with Peers: Work closely with Clinical and Technical peers, as well as Sales, to assess customer environment, recommend technical strategy, and develop and update documentation.
- RFP Support: Assist in the technical portions of RFPs, provide expertise, and complete technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Coordinate problem solving issues for the customer and Draeger, including confirming orders, coordinating invoicing, delivery, training, and service requirements.
- Biomedical, Mechanical and/or Electrical certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead technical support role required.
- Experience in dealing with or selling to General Contractors, Planners, C-Level, Biomed, and Clinicians.
- Bilingual (French and English) fluency preferred.
- Results-oriented with quality focus.

- Consistently demonstrates professionalism.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Good understanding of electronics, electrical, and mechanical applications.
- Workplace Infrastructure skills and knowledge of 3D tools would be an asset.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Valid international travel documents.
- This is deemed to be a Safety Sensitive position.
- Must be able to work in a hospital environment.
- Lifting and carrying objects under 25lbs.
- Standing, walking, sitting.
- Grasping and manipulating objects.
- Use of ladders.
- Travel by vehicle or air to customer locations involving routine hazards estimated to be 25% or greater, as necessary.
