Job Description:

Tigre Géant, a Canadian owned and operated retailer, is seeking a Store Associate for our store in Prescott. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment, and supporting the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Accurately record customer transactions using electronic cash registers, mainline systems, and self-checkouts.
  • Replenish merchandise around the checkout area to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards to promote sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Perform cycle counts as required to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues and management.
