At Thuram Healthcare Services Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking

You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients with varying needs. As a Personal Support Worker, you will be responsible for administering medications, changing non-sterile dressings, and providing personal care. You will also be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
