Canna Cabana is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supervising and facilitating daily store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to store staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in managing store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee store conditions, ensuring they meet established standards and are consistently upheld.
  • Assist in staffing levels, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs.
  • Model exemplary conduct, providing direction and guidance to staff on sales and customer service.
  • Ensure company policies and relevant legislation are consistently adhered to and upheld by all staff members.
  • Handle customer complaints, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are met.
  • Achieve sales targets and store-level KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CannSell certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in the retail industry, with cannabis industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff required.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy.
  • Excellent teamwork and team-building skills.
  • Thorough understanding of applicable health and safety legislation.
