Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with site engineers, estimators, subcontractors, and labor relations to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and address potential issues, work interferences, and schedule conflicts, leveraging problem-solving skills and expertise.
  • Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct site meetings, client presentations, and project pursuit activities, showcasing professionalism and presentation skills.
Requirements:
  • Journeyman certificate or undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
  • NCSO designation required; enrollment in the Gold Seal program preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in field supervision, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise a construction workforce, ensure productivity, and meet quality standards.
  • Thorough understanding of construction industry principles, building materials, specifications, and methods.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software, contract language, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Effective communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational systems.
