Senior Retail Operations Manager

Claire's Inc. offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring store operations run smoothly.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays;
- Delivering outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized shopping experiences;
- Managing store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluations;
- Maintaining high standards of commerciality, including stock levels, display layouts, and promotional activities;
- Leading and developing a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they are challenged and achieving results;
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
We're looking for someone with a passion for retail, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to analyze sales reports and make strategic decisions.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a senior role;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in POS systems and other retail technology;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions;
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and move around the store as needed;
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally;
- Bending, stooping, and climbing ladders while placing merchandise and assisting customers;
