Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Contract Teacher to join our team at School District #5 (Southeast Kootenay) as an On Call, Grades K-12 teacher. This is a full-time equivalent position that requires flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a variety of subjects to students in Grades K-12
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes
Requirements:
- Valid teaching certification
- Experience working with students in Grades K-12
