    • Act with integrity, care, and trustworthiness to steward the safe delivery of the project in accordance with company requirements and external stakeholder expectations.
    • Integrate all aspects of the development, including HSE, scope, schedule, cost, quality, contracts, and procurement, risk, stakeholder, and change management, controls, and reporting, commissioning.
    • Establish robust systems and structure to meet regulatory, company, and stakeholder requirements for project success.
    • Evaluate and navigate project complexity, building adaptability and resiliency into the project development approach to accommodate change, recover from setbacks, and advance the work of the project.
  • Safety and Sustainability
    • Embed a strong HSE culture focused on safety in design, fatality prevention, and the creation of a safe and equitable workplace.
  • People

    • Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Advanced proficiency delivering major/megaprojects in mining, oil, and gas or other capital-intensive industries.
  • Advanced proficiency working on megaprojects within the global context, working with regulators, communities, and delivery partners.
  • Advanced proficiency delivering underground projects, including shafts, material handling systems, vertical and lateral development, and tailings facilities.
