Your Opportunity

We're seeking a Geotechnical Project Coordinator to join our team in the Markham, ON office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing coordination support on small to large geotechnical projects in Ontario, including utility locates, permitting, resourcing, scheduling, and logistics planning for field crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tasks and resources for multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with project teams.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, promoting a strong health and safety culture.
  • Demonstrate leadership and coordination skills, building and maintaining productive relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical reports and documents as needed, supporting fieldwork and other general duties.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of the consulting business and flexibility to support projects and collaborate across the company.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with significant experience building and maintaining productive relationships with project teams.
  • An assertive personality, ability to make decisions, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and willingness to travel for project work, as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences, including internal and external clients and regulatory agencies.
About the Role

This is a full-time position, requiring 20% travel time. You'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as access to comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans, a well-being program, and more.
