Job Title: Education and Training Instructor - Private Training Institute

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education and Training Instructor to join our team at Neo-global Education Ltd. as a Private Training Institute Instructor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise teaching assistants and ensure they are adequately trained and supported.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality teaching materials and outlines for courses, aligning with our institution's standards.
  • Develop, administer, and mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on student progress and course effectiveness.
  • Operate audio-visual equipment and other technology to enhance the learning experience.
  • Conduct course and program evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Deliver engaging lectures and presentations, incorporating various teaching formats.
  • Lead discussion groups and seminars, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in education and training, preferably in a private training organization or college setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and management.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
