Creative Director, Apparel

We are seeking an experienced Art Director, 3D to lead our team of talented graphic designers in driving the creative vision of our brand. As a key member of our cross-departmental team, you will collaborate with Senior Designer Directors and leaders to develop and execute graphic concepts, logos, branding, and packaging that reflect our brand DNA.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of graphic designers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet seasonal product calendar deadlines.
- Develop strategic assortment planning throughout the design process, considering line plans, price points, and effective graphic techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental designers, partners, and leaders to drive the direction, development, and execution of graphic concepts.
- Evaluate and define clear processes for artwork commenting and communication with internal and external teams.
- Work closely with Print and Packaging designers to develop seasonal branding, trims, and packaging.
- 15+ years of experience in Graphic Design and/or related roles, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge and experience of various graphic production processes.
- Extensive knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in 3D software is an asset.
