**Host Responsibilities**
The primary role of the Host is to create a positive first impression with our guests and assist in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant. Key responsibilities include:
- **Greeting and Seating**: Greet guests warmly and seat them in a timely manner.
- **Guest Interaction**: Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- **Phone and To-Go Orders**: Answer phones and take to-go orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Reservations and Setup**: Document reservations and set them up to specifications, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- **Table Maintenance**: Clear dishes from tables, sanitize effectively, and reset for new guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- **Rolling Cutlery**: Roll cutlery and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms.
- **Communication**: Communicate with third-party delivery drivers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
