Job Title: Senior Data Integrations Developer

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Data Integrations Developer to join our team. As a key member of our integrations team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of rebate management.

As a Senior Data Integrations Developer, you'll be an expert on all integrations within the Enable platform. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers and our onboarding teams to configure data integrations in and out of Enable.

You'll be responsible for assisting in customer data imports, exports, and technical queries, becoming the go-to expert for our data ingestion and egress products. Occasionally, you'll work with vendors and partners to design and introduce new technical integrations with our customers.

You'll support the Customer Success team in implementing these integrations with our customers and liaise with customers directly to explain complex technical topics or assist the Customer Success team in communicating them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create custom data exports for customers using SQL.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for customers using C# and Azure Data Factory.
  • Mentor team members through peer programming and code reviews.
  • Provide guidance to onboarding teams around customer exports and data integration.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to develop technical solutions to customer problems.
  • Represent Enable International positively in external calls with customers and potential prospects about technical topics.
  • Implement process changes and business improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the integrations team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an integrations role.
  • Experience working with ETL pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of iPaaS solutions.
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and enterprise-scale data stores, with the ability to write performant SQL queries.
  • Confidence in presenting product and technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to create small C# snippets to transform data structures.
  • Willingness to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Ability to break down and explain complex concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results within agreed timeframes.
  • Knowledge of software tooling such as Git, CI/CD, deployment tools, infrastructure as code, and other DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, but other cloud platforms like AWS are acceptable.
