Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs
  • Foster a client-centric environment that prioritizes exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of retail sales experience, with a preference for luxury retail and/or jewelry experience
  • Strong knowledge of English, with Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
