Overview

Work Setting

Responsibilities

The Meat Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience;
  • Assisting customers with meat selections and answering questions about products;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment;
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
Benefits

The Warraich Meats company offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, employees are eligible for benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
