Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planner to join our team at TD Wealth. As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and develop personalized financial plans for clients
  • Provide ongoing financial planning and advice to clients, including investment and retirement planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service
Requirements
  • IQPF licensing required prior to start date
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) required
  • 3 to 5 years of banking experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • CIRO license preferred (required within first 90 days in role)
  • Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within first 90 days in role
  • Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within first 30 months in role
  • Deep understanding of the industry, competitive landscape and economic market issues
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work collaboratively and independently, provide assistance and build relationships
