Medical Oncologist Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Oncologist to join our team at BC Cancer. As a Medical Oncologist, you will work with a well-established team of medical oncologists, GP oncologists, and allied health professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

The successful applicant will be responsible for participating in clinical, educational, administrative, and research activities. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct research, and provide educational programs for patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine, along with a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology.
  • Eligibility for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
  • Eligibility for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer, and Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
  • Eligibility for a clinical appointment to the University of British Columbia, Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine.
