Sales and Merchandising Opportunity

Brand Momentum is seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Specialist to work in multiple retail locations, providing 30 hours of support per week on weekdays.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, and working in a dynamic team environment. As a Sales and Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays, maintaining store shelves, and providing regular merchandising support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective product displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure store shelves are fully stocked and maintained according to planograms
  • Update seasonal displays and pricing as needed
  • Place product orders and execute account-specific initiatives
  • Collaborate with store personnel to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and submit daily reporting as required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods
