Job Description

As our Salon Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our salon, responsible for managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success. You will lead by example, help your staff increase their clientele and business profitability, and focus on delivering high-quality services to each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations, including staff supervision and client relations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A current cosmetology or barber license as required by provincial regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks.
