Bota Bota, spa-sur-l'eau is an exceptional workplace situated in the heart of the Old Port of Montreal. We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Agent.

As a Hospitality Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming and taking care of customers according to high-end customer service requirements. Your mission will involve greeting customers upon arrival, providing them with valuable insights to ensure a successful experience at Bota Bota, and managing check-in and check-out processes.

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide clear instructions and rules;
• Provide customers with valuable insights to ensure a successful experience at Bota Bota;
• Manage customers' check-in and check-out processes;
• Be responsive to customers' questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner;
• Promote offered services and packages available;
• Maintain a clean workstation.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a short time. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service is required, and studies in the tourism field are an asset. Additionally, bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written, is necessary.
