Receptionist Job at MenStyle Barbershop

The role of the Receptionist at MenStyle Barbershop is a crucial one, as they are the first point of contact for clients and guests. As such, it is essential that they create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that sets the tone for the rest of the visitor's experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional manner
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments
  • Check clients in and out
  • Process Point of Sale transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, with an estimated 20-45 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible, with opportunities to work weekends, weekdays, and negotiated shifts based on the applicant's availability.

Requirements:

  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or reception role (preferred)
  • English language proficiency (required)
  • Able to commute to Hamilton, ON L8N 1G4 (required)
