About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Kile & Julia. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a loving and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Development: Provide nurturing care and support to children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toilet training.
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management, including light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to children.
  • Education and Activities: Engage children in educational activities, games, and outings to promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including supervising children at all times and ensuring their emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, reliability, and a caring attitude.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Transportation: Own transportation required.
