We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at 2082307 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure the overall efficiency of our facilities.
- Conduct safety and security checks to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Collaborate with contractors to coordinate repairs and maintenance of our facilities.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
