Job Summary
We offer a unique opportunity for RMTs to work in a clinic that feels like a spa, with the option to work as an employee or contractor. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology and provides a supportive environment for our therapists to focus on patient care and treatment.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Massage Therapist at Elements Massage, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective massage treatment plans, working with patients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
We are looking for RMTs who are registered in BC or have graduated and are waiting to write board exams. Our ideal candidate is a skilled therapist with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a bonus for therapists who make a one-year commitment. As a contractor, you will have the opportunity to earn $88.85 per hour of hands-on time, plus substantial tips. As an employee, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health benefits, paid stat holidays, and vacation pay.
