Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at CASPARRI FAMILY. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Perform other tasks as required to ensure the client's comfort and safety.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Working Conditions
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Work in employer's/client's home.
Language

English is the primary language of communication, but we welcome applications from bilingual or multilingual candidates.
