About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Richmond Physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
  • 3-5 years of experience treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting (new graduates welcome to apply).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
