HSE Field Specialist

The HSE Field Specialist is a key role within Diversified Transportation Ltd, responsible for promoting and monitoring the Health, Safety and Environmental Management Program. This position requires a strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Health and Safety Management initiatives and processes
  • Assist in the development of company Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems
  • Be visible in the field daily to clients, management and staff
  • Maintain documentation of incident files to ensure compliance with regulatory and client audits
  • Provide guidance and support for field-level response to HSE-related issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role
  • NCSO, HAS, CTSP, CTSC or OHS designation required
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
