Hotel Operations Director

Bare Bones Fish & Chips Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Director to lead our hotel operations team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff.
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 hours per week
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, coordinating work, establishing objectives, representing the organization, selecting staff, and working in a permanent role with 30 hours per week.
