About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Labourer to join our team at CFRS Incorporated. As a Roofing Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation of roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, and membranes.
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing components.
  • Inspect roofing systems to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
  • Work at heights, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.
  • Operate power tools and equipment, such as nail guns and saws.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Working at heights training.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and safety vest.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with physical demands including repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.

Language and Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 80 to 88 hours bi-weekly. The primary language of work is English.
