About Mindrift

We're a pioneering platform dedicated to advancing the field of artificial intelligence through collaborative online projects. Our goal is to create high-quality training data for AI models, ensuring they can accurately address complex questions and reasoning tasks.

About the Role

In this position, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of AI responses. Your work will involve:

  1. Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses.
  2. Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, economics, or similar.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in product content writing, product copywriting, consumer product analysis, technical product writing, user experience (UX) writing, or product research analysis.
  • You have experience in retail sectors such as electronics, home appliances, health and wellness, beauty and personal care, fashion and apparel, home and furniture, or automotive and accessories.
  • Your level of English is proficient (C2).
  • You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
  • This freelance role is fully remote, requiring only a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
