Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Budget Brake & Muffler Auto Centres. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring they are safe and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical system problems.
  • Inspect and test vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Valid certifications, such as Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
