At ONroute, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our plazas, including restrooms, floors, and surfaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our customers' experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, and cleaning fixtures.
- Pick up trash and empty trash bins inside and outside the plazas.
- Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Respond to employee or guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is required, as our plazas are located on highways with limited public transportation options.
- Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is an asset, but not required.
