Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Redwood Inn & Suites.
Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the front desk team.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Will train.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
