Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Presentation: Work with the buying team to ensure that the store is visually appealing and that merchandise is displayed in a way that drives sales.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to reduce shrink and damages, ensuring that the store is secure and that inventory is accurately accounted for.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail, including operations, customer service, merchandising, and people management.
  • Demonstrated management skills, with the ability to positively influence management and staff to act in the best interest of the company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, negotiating, listening, conflict management, and coaching.
