Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of our work.
- Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Customer Service: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, and provide expert advice on painting and finishing techniques.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: Work outdoors, underground, and at heights.
- Work Setting: Work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Initiative: Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
