Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and is located at one of our branch locations.

The schedule available is:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in the industry. You will be at the forefront of our Complete Clean Pledge, going above and beyond our already rigorous cleaning protocols, to protect the health and safety of all.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing vehicle interiors per Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Vacuuming and preparing vehicle interiors per Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Washing, cleaning, and drying vehicle exteriors - including cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks
  • Checking fuel levels and warning lights; inspecting windshields for damage; factory resetting/ restoring vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; checking for customer items and placing anything of value in Lost & Found; verifying that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
  • Checking fluid levels and adding as needed; checking tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspecting vehicle exteriors for damage
  • Fueling and staging vehicles
  • Inspecting vehicles for any safety concerns; reporting any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pulling vehicles out of the prep processing as necessary
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and reporting any unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available
  • Assisting customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches
  • Helping maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
  • Site appearance responsibilities include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location
  • Seeking to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
  • Maintaining a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid Canadian driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers
