- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service operations are financially sustainable.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and submit reports, keeping management informed of key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education and Experience
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment
- Noisy work environment.
- Exposure to odours, wet/damp conditions, and hot temperatures.
- Work outdoors, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Physical Demands
