Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Site Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily activities of our construction sites.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30-35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule site activities to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 workers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Prepare reports on production and other key performance indicators
  • Ensure accurate requisitioning and ordering of materials and equipment
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control costs, estimating material requirements and labor needs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
