We are seeking a highly skilled Software and Information Technology Project Manager to join our team at Ramp Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Collect and document user requirements to ensure accurate project scope and timelines.
    • Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems to meet business needs.
    • Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs to ensure they meet project objectives.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals to develop software and integrated information systems.
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems.
    • Analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions and ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Business Development
    • Plan and direct market research studies to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills
    • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, coordination, and execution.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
